At Joya Sleep Systems, we adhere to the strictest guidelines of ecological awareness, from disposal and recycling efforts, to ecological efforts concerning water and waste treatment, as well as excessive noise.

Our ecological story is just as important to us as our health story. In all aspects of our manufacturing process as well as the daily lifestyle of our employees, we promote health and well being. We provide nutritious meal choices in our facility restaurant in Spain, as well as an in house Fitness center and Gym.

We consciously watch our “excesses” in relation to the design of our product. Especially where MORE does not affect the comfort level and quality of the product. These “excesses” add cost to the product, as well as waste resources of petroleum fuel sources and/or natural based alternatives.

Joya Sleep systems has made a clear decision to limit this waste by choosing to restrict the height/profile of our products, as well as the density of our foams, without sacrificing the quality of our product. In other words, sometimes MORE just means MORE, which just means MORE waste!

We incorporate the latest technologies available to develop the greenest products possible. The Soy-Based component of the Precious Gems and Little Gems White Diamond Sleep Systems is a renewable resource that allows us to replace traditional oils with natural oils without sacrificing product quality. As the technology improves, we will continue to replace these oils with higher percentages as the technology allows. To date 15 -20% of these oils are replaced in our products.

Our Soy based “Emerald” pillow is the first washable mold and mildew resistant Visco memory foam pillow in the market place today. This technology includes HygCen certification, which guarantees that all the materials used are free from toxicities.
